Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked throughout the transit process.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original GIBBON packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product shows no signs of wear or outdoor use.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
